Try a small dab of clear caulking.. that should do it. if you need to remove the covers they will still come off.

BIL had one of those LED lens covers fall off his FW ceiling while in-tow...., when he went to open the slide at the CG he heard a "crunch".

The slide wouldn't open all the way..., so when he closed the slide we found the 'remains' of the broken lens cover on the roof of the slide (root cause of slide opening issue). The lens came loose while in-tow dropping onto the closed slide roof.

As I recall the replacement lens (and/or fixture) from Jayco was a little different.

I just replaced one that did the same thing. Crunched by the slide. I got a replacement from my dealer for about 8 bucks. I likely did not re-seat it properly when I removed it to install a LED earlier this year.
