90-120ftlbs.
I just did mine a couple weeks ago and torqued in steps at 60, 80, 100, 120.
I took mine off to check the bearing grease. After doing one side, I didn't take the other side off and manually pumped grease into them while keeping the wheel spinning. Much easier that way. I did recheck the torque on the side I didn't take off and they were right there at 120ftlbs from the factory.

First thing, throw away the chrome covered lug nuts because when the plastic breaks there a real bitch to get off. I know this happened to me. Then buy a set of solid chrome lugs, then torque to 110 Ft. pounds.

I have the covered ones. Little cracks starting to happen.

I re-torqued after 150miles, like I'm supposed to and have never done before, sure enough most of them were not at the torque I left with.
Just a reminder for everyone.
