Was his kitchen or dinette slide? I know he just had one replace.

I think he had the kitchen slide fixed. I believe his tire rubbing was on the same slide but I’m not certain

My kitchen slide is the problem.
$2500 later...at least my extended warranty has paid for itself.

Update on my shocks:

Took the camper out this weekend for an impromptu getaway. Drove about 45 miles over a lot of bumpy roads, a bridge with plenty of expansion joints, some construction zones. Pretty much went over all types of surfaces and they shocks performed really well. Big bonus is there was no rubbing of the shocks to either the tires or the frame. So, even though my clearance was tight, it seems to be enough.

BTW, my new landing leg works Great! Auto level on the first try without a hiccup [emoji3]

Just looked at my front legs. Left side has bolts in with head towards forward bulkhead. Right side is reversed. How did you cut the off? Dremel?

Yes I used a dremel (after I got tired of trying to do it by hand with a hacksaw)

Do the shocks help with the chucking.

Yes they do. It isn’t completely eliminated but much better towing experience with shocks.

I had the tire rub on kitchen slide. Factory service center replaced all leaf springs (from LCI springs to dexter) and replaced morride center rubber with a heavier one. They measured and said I am now two inches higher at 13ft 2 inches but that cannot be right since the factory spec says 13 ft 3 inch. It is higher and now level. They know about the problem on some units. Mine was the first they got to fix. They also adjusted the slide and put big Teflon wear pads under each roller.

Anyway it is a 2016 Pinnacle FBTS. The outer side wall of tire rubbed thru the metal of the lower inside of slide. I sealed all the seams in the well wheel and slide seams to ensure no water would find its way in. On first road trip stopped for gas and doing a walk around check found a long piece of my sealer hanging down on tire. That is when I found the rub. It would only touch when hitting the interstate Road craters. Plenty of room from top of tire to top of wheel well. It was a very light rub about an inch down on the sidewalk. No damage to tire but just the slide.

So, I thought I'd get a light to illuminate the control panel. But, after some investigation, I found you can actually back light the panel.

Here is what I started with. Got it from Lowes. Same lights that I have on the steps. I was going to mount it on the cabinet rail over the panel shining down on the switches.

Next I opened up the panel to reveal the birds nest of wiring. I added a switch to one of the blank spaces labeled tank heater and wired in the light.

Here it is put back together with all the lights off and the panel illuminated from behind.

Sorry the the goofy format...I usually post on my phone, and I am not used to doing it on the computer
Hi,

I love this mod! Can you tell me how you attached the light under the panel? I'm going to see if DH will do this for our NP 375.

Thanks!
