Nope, they're still round dowels on the current model ladders. I think they use dowels so the ladder can also be used in the stowed position. Flat steps have to be parallel to ground, and that changes depending on how far the ladder is deployed.

I see. Kinda sad they’re slow on this. I just caught my 10 yr old granddaughter climbing my added rungs in the non deployed position. I asked her...why? I just got a smile back. Lol

Sorry Rexndani, but are you referring to my water heater screen in my post 2237?

Did a small mod today. Added a double USB charger inside the armrest console of the theater seats.

Removed the plastic console which is held in by the screws in the hinges and one on each side

Finished product

I ran the wires under the seat and spliced into the power feeding the wall sconce. There’s a wooden “junction box” on the floor between the dinette and theater seat that I used to access the power.

Wow, that is an awesome mod Tom! At first glance, I yelled out HA, lol. Hindsight, that was only a matter of time, and of course you’re the first to do it. Did you get that on Amazon? Post a link pretty please. That one is definitely on my list. I’ve bought two his/hers 10’ lightning cables for our devices, a right angle 3way with the 2.1a pwr supply for under the dinette that’s allowed me to sit and use and charge my devices while sitting in ‘my’ seat (the right theater seat). Now I have to do this!

Thanks Darin. Yes, I got the charger from Amazon. Both are 2.1

Dan,

Seems like your wife and mine think the same way! She’s been telling me I needed to add a charger in there for quite some time now. [emoji3]

Are you guys just looking at the 2018s and modding accordingly? First the light over the stove, now USB chargers inside the recliners!

No, but now that you say that I’ll be looking at the 18s and 19s to look for potential mods!! [emoji3]

Thanks for the tip bzeller. I just looked at the Jayco website and saw a couple things on the 19 model that I want to do to mine. [emoji3]

Mods to 377 RLBH?

I got my surge protector wired in last week but hadn’t mounted the display because I was waiting for a custom flush mount panel a friend of mine made. I did “steal” the idea for the panel from another site and can provide people with the plans and a company that will make them for you if interested. Click image for larger version

I was able to drill a hole from inside the power compartment into the wall where the LCI panel is mounted. Then fish the wire up to where I wanted it. I never really liked the Progressive’s panel because it looks like it’s from the 80’s. At least this makes it cleaner.
