It cleans and operates way better then the built in InterVac. The DW loves the built ins floor pan...therefore the InterVac isn't completely useless.

We still have our dyson DC40 from our last fifth wheel. Agree most built ins are not so user friendly. Only thing I ever liked about them is the dust pan vac in kitchen.

Swapped out the floor vents for ones with dampers.
