The ceiling air vents are 360 rotatable. No need to unscrew. However, my vent of the fridge wasn't blowing any air, and I saw a mod somewhere that had same symptom and the guy pulled the vent and discovered the round black plastic duct was sticking too far into the rectangle duct and he cut 1/2" off and replaced and voila, air flow is good. I cut 5/8" on all 7 in my 377 and what a difference! That issue was like a windshield and air flowed over and past not exiting smoothly. Any others who know about this mod?

Today I added a Mag light clip to the pin box to hold my 7 pin plug. Now no more dangling cord. [emoji3]

Also, I forgot to mention that it came with Goodyear tires. Dealer says that all new Jaycos now come with Goodyear tires. These are not the top of the line Goodyears, but still E rated with max pressure of 80 psi and of course "Made in the USA"! They have to be better than the Chinese ones.
We ordered the GY tire upgrade. During the PDI I crawled under to look at the spare. The spare was not the upgraded tire like the others. It was a GY Endurance and was a load range E instead of H. I assume the Endurance is being used unless the upgrade is requested. The dealer reimbursed me for the purchase of a correct spare so now I have 2 spares.

Loft curtain rail install

Ok, so trying pics for the first time, so bear with me here...

My daughter wanted a bit of privacy in the loft she chose as her space, so I purchased some items from the local dealer. Haven't made the curtain yet, so for now, just the rail will have to do! She's old enough to make the curtain herself anyways! And the Christmas lights? Her idea, which seems to be in nearly every room she spends much time in!

The items are all JR Products parts. The rail comes 96" long, and was cut down to 71" to give a little room at the end to slide the rollers onto the rail and replace any that go bad in the future. The rail part number is 80251. The mounts that attach the rail to the ceiling are part number 81185 and come 2 per package (I used 3 packages) and the end caps are part number 81835 (also 2 in a package, using just one package in my installation). The rollers come 14 in a package (My OCD kicking in here a little... lol). They are part number 81165.

A basic and simple install really. As the rail has to cross over two ceiling cross members, rather than cut the cross members, I simply installed one ceiling mount braket on each side of each cross member. The rail hangs below the mounts, so their thickness was perfect in holding the rail in place without having to cut up the interior. I placed one mount between the two cross members, and another mount at the end nearest the ladder to the loft. One thing to note is that it's already tight getting up in the loft, and this installation will hang down about 3/4" off the ceiling. Hope the pictures do a better job of describing it than I'm babbling on about!

Just previewed my post and my pics are all sideways and upside down, but hopefully you get the idea!

Loft TV mount

Because her brother got a TV in the "den" area, she wanted one in the loft. I get it I guess. I'd be the same. So we mounted a TV in the loft...

Except I mounted it right-side up, regardless what the pic shows! Sure wish we could rotate the pics back the way they were when they were uploaded...

How do you hook up the vent hose with such a tight fit?

Wanted to show one of my mods that I was happy with my craftsmanship (I should say that I didn't screw up as I usually do). I HATED having the light switches above the desk in the bunk room and when the bed was out you had to crawl on the bed to get to the switch. I pulled the switch for the main lights and left the switch for lights above the desk in place. I ran the wire behind the false wall and ran it along the ceiling and put a piece of trim to hid and protect it. Found lots of room where the old pocket door used to be (had the dealer install a solid core door before we did the initial pickup) so was able to place the new switch just where any normal house switch would be. Now all we have to do is open the door and let there be light!!

I measured the depth of the unit and added 1/2" then measured from the cabinet face back. Then I measured from the floor up to the top of the vent hose outlet on the washer and transfered those measurements onto the wall. It was a tight fit and I actually ended up cutting 2 holes in the wall to get it right because the first time I hit metal and had to relocate the vent. Just remember to start your hole on the inside barely cutting through the paneling then remove the insulation and check for wires or studs, once you know you're in the clear go ahead and cut just deep enough to poke the pilot bit through the exterior wall. Once you do that you can go outside and cut from the outside to the inside with a clean cut. That is the hardest part of the install for sure, and it only took me a half hour to do the vent.

Does any one knows where they hide the 12 volt dc ground bus bar.

On the back of the breake/fuse bix they only wired the positive of all 12 volt circuit.

Where is the grounb bus.... Its yet something to find.

Simple "mod" if you want to call it that. I removed the carpet in front of the dining slide. It was getting kinda dingy and our new puppy seems to enjoy using that area as his personal bathroom.
