When I pulled the wheels off I had grease from the bearings on them. So now I am thinking I should take it in for the brakes. Is this the what you guys have been seeing that makes you all concerned about the brakes and seals?

Wow, you had a lot more wear on your bushings than I did. Mine were probably half as bad.
I would remove those drums and look at your brakes. That's a tale tell sign you have a leaking seal. If the seal is leaking now, its only a matter of time before your brakes will not stop the trailer as they once did.

I have lots.
Gave a quick wire brushing and spray painted most of it.
Didn't take long. And looks much better.
I'll do it again next year too.
I didn't do the spring pack.

I missed the part about 2 months old. Mine is 1.5 years, and I really don't have that much.
There was a post a while back about a TT owner with the same gripe as you.
He even posted pictures. There WAS a lot of rust.
I'm pretty sure Jayco would do nothing about it. Sorry I forget now.
I know he was being the squeaky wheel though.

Yeah I didn't mention it was only 2 months old in the first post. It really may not be much but I live down south and just not use to seeing any rust. I may take some pics and see what a dealer or Jayco has to say. Probably a wire brush and a little paint like you mentioned would take care of it, but just don't seem right when it's only a several weeks old.
Thanks

My Pinnacle came with the wet bolt set up. The one stupid thing they did is install the wet bolts with the zerk fittings behind the tires. Already ruined one grease gun flex hose bending it to attach.

They make a 90* adapter for tight spots like that.

I know they do. I was at my mountain camp and went to grease them the night before my 1500 mile trip. Just saying instructions or if u r adding wet bolts just put them in the other way. When the tires are off u do not think about it.

If it's only a couple months old and you're seeing rust, my guess is it was transported over some salted roads and the dealer didn't do a good job washing the undercarriage. My trailer is about 1.5 years old and I don't have any rust. Probably because mine was shipped from Indiana before any snow/ice was on the roads up there.

I picked her up this morning. Wet shackles and cross member installed. I figured no pics needed, as there's already been a couple posted. Also had 1 USB port replaced and the converter/fuse panel replaced under warranty. Parked her out front for the DW to load up for this weekend and now I'm at work

She definitely is! She was more worried about the dealer finishing up the work in time than I was.

That's cheating Dan...
You are supposed to install all that, NOT have the dealer do it. LOL

I honestly, I couldn't say no! They only ended up charging me $115. They initially quoted me $150 and I thought that was a bargain. Saved me from having to jack it up myself in the street in front of the house...again!

Dan,
I might have paid to have it done too if I had my trailer at the dealer already if it were that cheap....
Nah, I would still do it myself [emoji3]

At my age, I would happily let a dealer do it. And I'm a diehard DIYer (who is still fighting accepting the limitations of old age).
