You may need some type of coupling or a new waterline to connect the faucet. Depending on what faucet you buy, the fitting that is on the trailers water supply may not fit the new faucet. (There's no shut off valve like in your home)
But the holes in the top fit the residential faucet no problem.

Here's what I did. I bought 2 brass fittings to connect the pex line from the trailer to the water line from the faucet.
I think I got them from lowes.

Another way to go is add shutoff valves on the pex lines (I don't have the crimping tool but the dealer ought to). They would remove the plastic connector and replace it with a valve. Then just screw on water line from faucet onto the valve.

I asked the dealer today if they would install JT strong arms they said they don't recommend try them in the auto leveling system... Is there any truth to that?

I have them on mine (front landing gear only). I haven't really needed to add them to the rear as the trailer is pretty stable with the 6 point level system. I don't see why they would not recommend them other than needing to add an extra brace to mount the rear arms onto.

Thanks Tom! I thought I read your post that you added them. Glad everythings fine on yours, I'll probably just add them myself then... Im beginning to think I didn't order from the best dealer... Oh well I guess.

I also have them on the front, and they work great! You just need to remember to loosen the tee-bolts before using the self-leveler. There's a "warning sticker" with the Strong Arms that fit perfectly on the inside door of the leveler control box, and acts as a reminder, for me.

I added some steps to the loft ladder. Kiddos were complaining that the rings hurt their feet. So, I added some wood to make the rungs more comfortable.

Planning on doing the same thing on our next trip at the end of the month for my 11 YO daughter.

I picked up the struts yesterday from an older TT to keep the doors open for the DVD/Radio player yesterday. They are the plastic ones, but should work the same

As a side note, I purchased the 3" memory foam topper from Costco today...hopefully it makes the bed a little more comfortable!

Tom - What color stain are you using and from where?

I'm using minwax "special walnut". It's not a perfect match but it's close enough. Got it at lowes.

Thanks man! I thought I read it'll take about 2 hours to install the front set, is that right? Did u have to buy anything extra to make it work?

Nothing extra needed to install on the front. Took me about 45 minutes but it was the second time I've installed them (removed from my old rig).

I took my time, and it took only about 2½ .... For me, the most difficult part was the "self tapping" bolts that wouldn't. I have a tap and thread kit, so I wound up drilling each hole, then using the tap to get clean threads, then bolted it up...

Nothing extra needed, in-fact, you will find that you have lots of "extra" pieces when done, as you have all thebhardwarebfor the rear set in the kit...

I've been hunting for the correct size struts for a while now. The plastic H279 Amazon ones will run me $50 to get them shipped to Canada.
I also found them at an RV store for 4 bucks. They want to empty my pockets to ship them too.

I just put a memory foam topper on the bed. My back couldn't take that garbage mat Jayco tried to pawn off as a mattress any longer.
Had to cut it to fit better. It hung off all sides. I have the king bed.

Quick question in regards to the loft ladder.. Did you remove the round steps or just screwed the new one over it?

Just screw the new step over the round ones. The dowel provides support for the step

Upgraded Fantastic Fan in the Bathroom.

The ceiling is to high for my son or wife and I can barely reach it to open it. I found this kit that upgrades and adds Wireless remote that allows you to:

Open and close
Adjust speed
Air in/out
Rain sensor
Automatically open/close and turn on/off based on temperature.

Best part you don't have to go on the roof and the original housing, fan and motor stay put. It's all plug and play with pre-attached connectors. You only have to cut and strip one end of one wire. I took my time double checking , but I could do this in 15 mins if I did it again.

I got mine on Amazon for $171.00 shipped
