MORryde Independent Suspension System

I'm seriously considering getting this on my 2017 North Point 315RLTS.
Looking for some input from the experienced people on this forum.
At $3450.00 it's a pretty big decision to have to make.

I'm having Performance Trailer Braking to install Disc Brakes next week. Really looking forward to that.

Thanks for all the help.

Why are you considering the upgraded suspension? Stuff bouncing around inside? As you know, I'm considering shocks for my unit. Also considering the disc brake upgrade.
I'm getting my drum brakes fixed (replaced) at the dealer but would love to get the disc brake conversion. Tell us how they perform after you get them installed.

I thought I would bump this.

Magnolia Tom I just wasn't happy with the ride things are bouncing around. I did some adjusting on the tire air pressure but looking for a better fix. Planning on keeping this trailer for some time and putting miles on it.

If anyone has this on there trailer please post.

Bump

I have a smaller 195rb that we boondock in the rough with. Im looking to upgrade tires/wheels to 6 lug and improve ground clearance and trailer ride. As of right now im leaning towards the timbren axle-less system but just saw the morryde setup and looking for some info. Unfortunately the Morryde website offers very little info on their setups such as ride height, GVWR, suspension travel ect. Can anyone share insight on the MorRyd independent suspension system?

In 2003 I added the MorRyde IS suspension and the MorRyde pinbox to our 2001 31' Eagle 5th wheel after the chair in the back flipped while towing it on I-69 in Michigan. I later towed it across the same road and the chair did not move. The improvement in the ride was tremendous. I had that trailer until 2015 and never had any problems with the IS suspension.
Our next 5th wheel (2016 37' Montana HC) had the MorRyde 3000 suspension. I took it to MorRyde to have the IS suspension installed but due to the location of the island sink drain it could not be installed without raising the trailer 6" or so. I opted to upgrade to the MorRyde4000 and MorRyde pinbox and then added the JoyRyder shock system. Again the improvement in the ride was significant.
We now have a 2018 40' Pinnacle that has the MorRyde 4000 suspension. Although the ride is pretty good I plan on having the IS suspension added this spring.
Sorry for the lengthy post but I am a strong believer in the benefits of upgrading any suspension to improve the ride. IMO the better the ride the better it is for the trailer, its frame and its components, especially the tires.

Thanks a ton for your reply. The more info the better when making these decisions! After talking with a couple reps I went ahead and ordered the timbren system since it has a little more field testing in offroad applications and I believe it will be easier and simpler with my single axle TT.

Your absolutely right when it comes to suspension. I've already repaired several shelves due to the puny 1.5" of suspension travel the trailer has before it hits the bump stops. Not to mention no shock absorbers or dampening in OEM form.
