Moving up from a Travel Trailer

After having 4 travel trailers over the past 25 years the wife and I decided to take the plunge into fifth-wheels and ordered a Eagle Super Lite 29.5RKS! We looked at several brands and the Jayco's just seemed to be the best fit for us.

We look forward to being part of the Jayco community!

Welcome to JOF, AZ T&T. I think you will really like the "plunge" you took. I never had a travel trailer but after 20 years of researching all brands and types, I chose a Eagle Super Lite 5th wheel and am convinced it was the right decision for our needs. We love it and doubt I will ever trade for anything else other than another Jayco 5'er. Glad you are part of our family here. Post often.

We have had an RV since 1979 and in our book 5th is way to go. Just tows so much better and you get the living space with basement storage approaching a Class A at a far more reasonable cost.

Have fun and enjoy the ride!

The bride and I recently bought our first, a hybrid. So far we love it. I can see the day when we will want to upgrade tho. The hybrid fit our current TV and short trip mode.
I'm curious what your TV's are. Blue Oval, Bow Tie, MoPar... This is directed at everyone, not just AZ T&T.

Get a bow tie (or GMC).. the only good thing you can say about a MoPar is the Cummins engine. Blue Ovals have been changing engines every 2 years trying to find one that works....

Welcome to Jayco ownership. We took delivery on a 25.5 Super Lite in April, promptly took it on an extended trip to SW. Covered some 3000 miles, and for the first time returned home without having to wrench on or repair anything! Good units, you will be pleased.

That is great to hear! The dealer thinks our unit will be in the first part of December, We had no idea how hard waiting would be!
