Need Help - 377 fridge

I've finished sanitizing all the lines. I flip the valve back to flow for the fridge, but I'm not getting any water to it?? Any ideas?

Thanks in advance!

I've read somewhere on here that there is a total of 2 valves for the ice maker in the residential fridge. One behind and one in a cabinet I believe...

So I've pulled out the fridge and see the line going in, but it has no valve. The only valve I'm aware of is behind the drawer that is under the oven. That's the valve I turned to sanitize the lines and then turned back to the open position when I was done. But no water??

Dan,

Look under the sink behind the false panel covering the pipes. Down by the floor is the other shut off

I don't know anything about this, but is there any chance the valve was closed to begin with? And when you sanitized, you opened the valve, and when you finished sanitizing, you closed the valve again?

That's something I would do...

If there's water coming out of the drain under the trailer then the valve under the sink is open.
Obviously you held the fridge water dispenser open for a bit?? Did any air squirt out?
Is the filter in the fridge pushed in all the way?

Reach under the oven with a wrench and take the line to the fridge off of the valve. Make sure you close it first.
Then open it a little and see if there is water, if not then something must have plugged the valve.

LOL! I spent 2 hrs my first night out trying to figure that out. Luckily I remembered reading about the hidden valve. Glad you got it fixed up. Now enjoy your trip!!

Just from reading this forum, I knew there was another valve somewhere and I didn't even have to go to RV training!

Danno, didn't we just have this conversation recently about the logistics of sanitizing and the valving?
Now you didn't sanitize the line from the sink to the valve under the oven

At this point, if we get sick from that line, I'm good with it! I think all is good at this point, but I haven't even had my 1st adult beverage yet. Wife just left to go get kiddos from school. I'll post some pics later this evening.

The only problem I have left is trying to figure out what time the in-laws are coming for the sleepover!!

I can't thank you all enough for all the help! I knew there was a 2nd valve, I just couldn't for the life of me figure out where. I even stuck my hand down under the sink and felt around, but didn't feel the valve. Oh well...live and learn.

Have you tried to pull out the fold out sofa bed yet? I forget how to do it every time, even when it's the next night!

Glad you found it...if you don't have a water filter installed, this may also cause the problem. No filter=no water flow to the water dispenser or ice maker.

Wish they'd do like some other manf and put an exterior access panel for valves. The one I have on the back of my residential is made by Tiffin.
