New 355MBQS on the way

Well, we sold our 35' Keystone Sprinter travel trailer and pulled the trigger on the 355MBQS.

Never had a 5th wheel, but have had travel trailers for 20ish years.

Have to make a 12 hour trip to Orlando to pick it up from Orlando and RVDirect.

I tried to get my local dealers to even come close to their price.(Priced every Jayco dealer I could find within 5 hours of my house.) The closest one was still $6500 more after much discussion. So off to Florida I go.

Still a little unsure buying something this this big, and so much $$$ so far from home, but the reviews I have seen online seem OK and many others have done it.

I will only be able to stay near the dealer for the first night due to work constraints that time of year. (Sometime in May for pickup).

B&W hitch and PullRite SuperRails going in the truck soon along with the HD Roadmaster RAS.

Trailer has the Reese Revolution pinbox.

Should be an adventure....

Congratulations. We are two months into ours. Enjoying all the improvements from our last Crossroads,Kingston model. So far,two issues. A wire in the main panel for the battery disconnect was miswired. Seems to be a common issue. Easy fix by the dealer. The other issue is the bedroom A/C leaks. Having that taken care of Monday. Service response has been excellent.
