Welcome to the forum ODOW444. I`m going to move your post to the fifth wheel forum where it may get more response. If you would like to do an introduction post in the new members forum that would be great! Hope we can find you some answers.

You should be able to get a bike rack from a Jayco dealer for around $500.00 (certainly less than $1000.00) Jayco has this option now but not sure if the slide out rack would be compatible for the 2009 models. A dealer's service department could probably tell you this or a call to Jayco directly. Is your landing gear fuses blowing when you lifting the landing gear and they are fully retratced? My 31.5 FBHS was blowing fuses when it would get to the fully retracted position. Dealer stated they have an overload protection on them, so when they are fully retract and you continue to try to raise them the fuse will blow to protect the electric motor. I fixed my problem by placing a mark in the landing gear leg just before it hits the fully retracted position and I stop there.
