Looks a little boxier than the Pinnacle. Can't wait to see more pictures of the interior.

Very similar to the old Travel Supreme and JAYCO now owns those molds.

Agree on the the PINNCALE quality, we too are very happy, but the DESIGNER is more for "full time" all weather use. 3" walls, heated tanks, etc.

CCD001 & Grumpy
Nice to know two happy Pinnacle campers. I have tried all week to contact my area sales rep to ask for a upgrade Schwintec motor and shafts for my FW being built. Left him messages on his cell and wk phone that I want it done and will pay and still no response. Jayco has told me it can only be the rep for ur area who can put in a pink slip change. I will be pissed if I pass the build date for the slides. I have a ship date if Oct 14 and was told that my FW is in production. Hello Jayco. I am gonna call Monday an raise hell. Why will my rep not call me when I have his cell phone######## Jayco has told me twice that only he can do this and other area sales reps have said the same. I had my dealer call before I ordered and the sales rep told him no need cause there are no slide problems. Well I hope the sales rep sees this, as of now I am pissed that five voice mails over a week and no reply

But the dealer should be able to have him do it as well. Keep on the dealer too.

Just heard from my dealer. He contacted the southeast regional sales manager and senior division of product development Jayco luxury division
He was told they have no problems with Schwintec slides other manufactures might but Jayco used True Square and there r no issues
Told him to look at Jayco forum and I am sure Jayco also looks at posts. Latest failure on a 2015 FBTS same as my on Order 2016
Says they cannot change production process

If you look at the bigger picture that could be true. There are only a small percentage of JAYCO owners on this Forum. Also as with anything else you only hear the complaints. With the number of units JAYCO ships they may not see it as a big problem.
With that said as I posted before a Service writer at my dealer said the heard the rumor that they were doing away with Schwintek. So only time will tell.

It looks like u cannot get any upgrade from the factory I have tried with no luck. The motor on Schwintec is geared 300 to 1 with alum shaft. They now make a 500 to 1 with steel shaft. I have also seen on another motor home site a three track instead of two. I know the curb side slide on my unit on order has a lip pert electric under floor slide. My opposite slide is heavy with tv refrig and stove and wanted to upgrade to 500 motor. Maybe Jayco has a very small amount of slide problems. I can see having the unit level before moving slides for frame twist but I have always opened my slide on my TT before leveling it if not unhooking for a night. It would be nice to just stop at a rest stop with a FW and open a slide for access and not be concerned about leveling. Someone did make the comment about dealer lots and all slides open and not leveled

If Schwintec is going away u would think that the Designer would not have the Schwintec system and it has heavier slides Only time will tell

They are advertising it as having "Totally enclosed" slide system.
