New Truck!!!
I leased (bad move) a 2007 Dodge Ram 2500 Laramie diesel back in 07 and was trying to negotiate with Chrysler to buy it out at lease end for a lot less than my final buyout but there was no way that they would budge. As I am a very loyal Chrysler customer they gave me a fantastic deal on a 2010 Dodge Ram 3500 Laramie with I think every conceivable option that this vehicle has. It even has the rear seat DVD and as the only living thing that will sit in my rear seat is the cat, I am now looking at finding cat DVD's to keep her quiet.
I did have a Chrysler 300C when they first came out with most of the options and this truck has all those options and more, heated and cooling seats, heated steering wheel, integrated brake controller, Nav, Sat, auto start, backup camera and more.
It came in Inferno Red with pearl gray or beige on the rocker panels, with beige leather interior.
If you are in my neck of the woods I will be the guy sitting in the cab reading the instruction manual.
Happy Canada Day all you Canucks!!!!!!!

Congratulations on your new toy!
Kinda felt the same way when I bought my 2007 Chevy LTZ; it had every available option but the navigation system and I already had a Garmin GPS.
You know what they say, "The main difference between men and boys is the cost of their toys".

It is amazing how fast those luxuries become necessities. I will never have another vehicle with out heated seats... ENJOY THE TRUCK (even if it is a Dodge)
HAPPY CANADA DAY!!!!!!!!!!

I like those ideas about the DVD's I should be looking for. I took the cat out to look at her new space but she wasn't impressed. I think she is a Ford fan!!!!!

Thanks everyone, I took my better half for a ride this afternoon and she didn't say much except it was easier to get into than my old 07 Ram, so I guess she likes it.
If those kittens were tortoise shell, I might consider it but may have to wait for our old girl as she does not take to new cats. I meant the cat not the wife..... well on second thought..... na it's our 44 wedding anniversary to-morrow the 2nd, so I better be good.

A bit late here but let me add my congratulations on the new truck and of course congratulations on your 44th wedding anniversary. We'll have our 44th in September; doesn't seem like 44 years, guess it's all in choosing the right gal.

Thanks for that, maybe it's the Virginia air that stayed with me as I lived in Colonial Heights in the 50's when my Dad who was in the Cdn Forces, was on course at Ft. Lee. Congrats on your upcoming 44th.

I never did figure out what my MPG's were( I have a difficult time counting to 1 without using all my fingers and toes). I do know that my mileage appeared to be better on the old truck after about 40,000 Kms. The new truck has no miles or Km's on it yet so can't help there either.
