Newbie - 2015 38FLSA - Inverter Question

Hi! Picked up our 38FLSA less than 2 weeks ago. Notice that the fridge/freezer lose temperature while we are on the road. Where is the inverter located and are we required to turn it on/off? Were only told that the fridge operated on the inverter but no other info received. Thanks for your help!

The switch is right below the cabinet with all the switches and the tank monitors. It says Zantrex 1000 and it is a green button. When its on you should see your battery voltage. Around 13.8. -14 when on shore power and about 12.6 when on the battery. It's best to only turn it on when not on shore power.
You can turn it on before disconnecting shore power since it has a built in transfer switch.

Shame on your dealer for a bad walk through.

Thanks so much! Saw it, had no idea what it was for. Bad walk through, indeed! So many more issues to deal with. Service stop at another dealer this week to check some other things out that don't seem to be quite right and get additional answers/resolutions.
