No Mattress?
we've only had the trailer a few weeks, folded out the sofa today and no mattress  and nothing in the cabinet under the sofa. please tell me this is not an option or something. it was suppose to come with one correct? will call the dealer tomorrow but wanted to make sure first.

Have you looked at your manufactures label or checked the Jayco website for standard and optional features?

Is it missing the blow up mattress? Hard to believe someone did not catch that on a PDI.

The 2013 hide-a-beds came with an air mattress. If you have a drawer under the sofa, it is a hide-a-bed model. Some of the dealers remove them and the televisions while they are on the lot to prevent theft. Did you look under the bed, the closet and in the sofa drawer?

Right, mine also came with an electric pump to inflate/deflate it.

yeah have looked everywhere just isn't there. assumed it was suppose to be in the drawer under sofa. dealer is 3hrs away but hopefully they will mail me one.

Ours was found under the Queen bed in the master bedroom.

Missing ours too. Looks like Jayco needs to tighten up QC. Dealer getting ours sent in.

Hopefully you didn't discover the missing mattress on the 1st night outing with another couple on-board. 
Our 1st Jayco (X23B) had a defective stereo. I called Jayco directly and after a little discussion they agreed to ship the replacement directly to me and even paid to ship the old one back. Our nearest dealer was about an hour away.

Did Jayco go back to the air mattress? Mine is a Denver hide a bed which uses the cushions from the couch which folds out to make both my beds in the BH and LR. My 2011 had the air mattress and that was under the couch in the drawer.

Our 13 33RLDS has a bed on each side. The air mattress's were in their respective draws under the sofas. Checked for that on pick up..Much more comfortable than the sofa cusion beds !!!
