Unhappy Norcold Refrigerator

I have a 2015 Eagle Super-light Ht 5th wheeel with a Norcold refrigerator model #N611F, the gas will not stay lit when we use the Refrigerator on gas. It goes out after 30second and I get a check gas warning on the controls on the front of the refrigerator. any ideas?

Have you lit the burners on the stove? When I arrive at site I light the stove burners to get the propane flowing then light the hot water heater then turn the refrigerator on gas. sometimes it takes a few times to get it to light got to get the propane flowing before the fridge will light.

I have no issue with the other gas supplied appliances, even after I run the stove and hot water heater. I am getting gas to the pilot but seems like it not heating the thermocouple to keep it burner, it trip out off 30 seconds. I smell some gas when I take the hose of the the burner line, I do not feel any coming out, I did not know if there is a valve on the hose from the tank.

Have you had the vapor pressure for the gas line to the fridge checked for correct pressure (11" WC I believe)? Has this problem just cropped up or has it been dogging you for some time?

Maybe an obstructed gas line? Maybe a bad control board on the fridge? New unit I know, but it happens.

Some times after opening the valve on the tank it might take a few re-tries. With new units there is a possibility small debris clogging the orifices. Special if they didn't blow the main line with air at manufacturing.

Do Not Put a higher pressure than 11" WC on the appliances (unless they are all disconnected)

So your saying take line off the regulator off at the tanks and blow air through the black plastic supply hose to all of the gas appliances.

I will say that I did remove the burner and blew it out. The pilot will light and I can see the flame burn for 30 seconds then it goes out.

If you want to clean the main line you have to disconnect all the appliances. You can do this under your unit. If you don't disconnect them you will damage the appliances.
Remember appliances run on 11' WC. If you are not comfortable doing this you better visit a gas technician.

You're under warranty, why not take it in for repairs?

Had same issue when mine was new. Gas line was kinked under the refrigerator. I removed the P clip holding the gas line up to take the kink out of it. We live about 230 miles from dealer so it was easier to do it myself.
