Northpoint 377 leveling system

Need some help with my leveling system. Regardless of the site I am on my trailer leans just a little to the left. I had the dealer reset the system but it still leans. The one step I am not sure I am doing correctly is when I am extending the front landing gear. Do they both have to be extended the same number of holes on each side or do I extend them until they touch the ground and then just use the appropriate hole.

Front landing gear does NOT have to be in same hole.

Seem to work better if you use couple 2 x 10's under jacks

What is that a picture of?
What does the level gauge on the Level Up read?
What makes you think it's out of level?

It's a photo of a level app i have on my iPhone. It shows the reading of the phone on the floor. The camper is high right to left. Here is a better view.

Perhaps you have had better luck with your iPhone level app than I have. I found that it never agreed with a regular level. You might just want to confirm with an old fashioned level to see if it's the same.

Have you tried to autolevel the unit after you have been at the site a while. I usually go out the second morning while doing thing and while the kids are asleep out outside playing and hit autolevel. It usually helps level it up a little more once everything has "settled"

That could easily be a dip/hump in the floor.
No floor is 100% flat that is built out of wood. Especially 2x3's
Can you easily see the rig is leaning? Does the door swing closed by itself (if the passenger side is high) ...swings open if the driver side is high.
Use at least a 4' level across the floor.

I build houses...mine is 5' and the floor is level in some spots, depends where it's sitting.
Just take an average...close enough.
Try a level across the front of the hitch and see if it says the same thing.

Zero calibrate the Level Up on your own. It only takes a couple seconds

Yes it is visibly noticeable from the outside and the doors will slowly close.

Do you know where I can find instructions on how to zero calibrate? I can't seem to locate.

I would level the unit manually where I wanted it to be and zero it myself.

There is an app you can get from LCI for your phone with all the manuals. Here's a screenshot of the zero point calibration page.

And what does the level up display screen say for how level you are??
I forget now if the level display will zero itself when you zero calibrate, or if the sensors are never calibrated and read level when they are level (as long as they are mounted level)
If side to side on the controller display says you are out of level the way you think you are, then level the unit manually until the display reads zero. Then have a look at the trailer and see if it looks better.

The display reads degrees of angle in relationship to the stored zero settings.

Did not realize they had an app. It looks a little primitive but looks like you can get to stuff as long as you have a signal.

I went ahead and printed put all the slide, leveling, and other manuals for all the stuff i have for them. Stuck it all in the camper that way i will always have it.

Thanks for the info on the app.

Lippert told me only use 4 or 5 holes on the front jacks. It gives them the max adjustment without issues. I was just dropping the feet to the ground and auto level would not work.

I have the same issue with my 2018 377. It leans to the left, but seems to do it all the way down the trailer. Its most significant in the kitchen area. We've only had it a few weeks and all three sites we've stopped at have been relatively level. I auto leveled when we go to the last site then again after we set up. It seems to be better. I'm going to manually level and then reset the zero point. I can live with it being slightly off. I just want to make sure that we don't have a bigger issue such as frame or flooring.

Does it confirm "success" after auto level?

One issue I had is if the front jacks are set too high for the rear to hit level (a nose high site). I got in the habit of looking at my front to rear correction before I drop the front jacks. If already nose high, I leave more gap (shorter extension) for the jack to lower after unhooking to reach level. If rear high, I set the front jacks on the ground to compensate for max raise in the front. I hope this isn't too confusing, best way to understand is to look at block of wood and imagine what the jacks have to do to achieve level. Then ask, is that possible where the (front) jacks started?
