Now Auto Level Failed!!!

Why why why?!!!!
Never before have I got auto level failed.
Brought it home from the dealer after 5 months, put her back in her spot...auto leveled just like always.
De-winterized yesterday and took it around the block to play with my new brakes. Came back and Bing! Auto level failed.

Ahhh, I know that had to be very frustrating! Were you able to clear the error and get it to work?

NO!!
Fails everytime.
Once the rears are down..it does its thing. Then says "retracting rear" and then BEEP, BEEP!!
It never gets to deploying the middles.

I put blocks under the rear thinking it might be out of stroke (but that's a different error)
Still nothing

Argggg

Is it the LCI Ground Control 3.0 System? If so, here is a link to the troubleshooting guide:

That'll teach you klassic........you're NOT supposed to pull your trailer around to play with the brakes. LOL

Turn it on manual, then scroll to the battery monitor and lift the front up and down. See what the battery level moves to.

Just had this experience last week.

Thanks for the suggestions guys. Keep them coming.
Tried everything.
I've homed the jacks.
I've zero calibrated
I've killed the power.
Battery stays in the 13v area
I've kicked it and I've cursed at it.

It levels the rig. Then says "retracting right" and poof error
The middle jacks never budge.
I don't recall ever seeing it say that in my driveway.
Here is the order of its operations after it has leveled the front jacks

You said that you "killed the power". How? If you just pulled the fuse to the control panel, that may not be enough. There have to be sensors for the auto level to operate, and who KNOWS where they might have pulled power for those sensors. Disconnect the battery(ies), make sure that you are unplugged to shore power, then reboot everything.

Also, is the trailer sitting where it used to sit? I've had leveling fails when the rear or center jacks have to extend too far. Try adding a couple of 2x8 scraps under each rear jack, and see if it lets you move on to the center jacks in automatic operation.

I suspect something happened at the dealer. Isn't there 2 cable for.each jack 1 for power and the other for position? Maybe one for.the position is off.

Yep... killed ALL power
Put blocks under rears.

I'm in the same spot, but 6" over then I usually am.
I know he middles work because I can introduce an error then "home" the jacks by extending them 6" and holding retract.
That includes extending the middles 6" which I can do. The system homes the jacks no problem

Thanks for the suggestion too Donna, but I did check all connections and the fact I can home the jacks makes me think all the Hall effect wires are working.
And when I brought it home from the dealer the first time it leveled as it always has.

I was thinking maybe that sensor behind the axels fell off, but then I wouldn't be able to manually level it, which I can.
The display still shows the degree +/- out of level and tilt.
So it must be working..???

klassic check connections on middle jacks, dealer probably didn't connect something all the way or correctly.
You'll figure it out.

Here's an update.
I gave up and left it in the error mode, beeping. Pressed enter to clear the error (as I was doing all along)
I left it for 3 hours while I did other things. (Beer)
But this time instead of lifting the rear jacks and dropping the front (to put it out of level, so it can re-Auto Level)..I left it in the position when the error started.
I just pressed Auto again and the back legs did some more leveling and the right side lifted a little, then the middles came down and I had SUCCESS.

I don't get it.

The rear sensors have been a known issue. The factory likes to mount them poorly and they move. They need to be mounted very securely. May or may not be your issue. Having brakes may have jarred the rear sensor loose.

Yes call Lippert directly and they will help you troubleshoot it.
