Pin Weight

I have been seriously looking at a North Point 387RDFS.
Is there anyone with this or a similar unit with a washer and dryer and maybe a generator that can give me a actual scale pin weight?
Book has it at 2665#.
I know it will be a lot more. I'm just looking for some real world numbers.

I don't own that unit but looking at the published numbers I'd expect a loaded weight in the neighborhood of 15000# which would have a pin weight around 3700#. This would put my F350 SRW rear axle over weight and I'd start thinking a lighter 5er or a dually. Our current 5th weighs 12780# and has 3020# on the pin. If you own the potential TV a visit to the CAT Scale would give you a starting point to estimate the highest pin weight you should carry and from that an estimate of the loaded GVW of the 5er.
The CAT Scale is your friend.

RedHorse1 thanks for the reply.
My truck weighs 8500# fully loaded.
sreer axle. 4780
drive axle. 3720
With a GVWR of 11500 I have 3000# to work with.
But
With a Front GAWR of 5600# (way under that)
And a Rear GAWR of 7230# (way under that )
I would like to keep it at around 3000#.
With the trailer having a GVWR of 16500# 20% of this being 3300# sounds double.
I was just looking for some Jayco owners with similar units trying to see if the 20% is going to be close.
It's all a numbers game. Just trying to talk myself into it we do like it a lot. But not going to change Truck for it.

Our pin is 24% of the GVW, that number would put your pin at 3960# if you loaded to the GVWR.
I agree that it's a numbers game.
