Pinnacle 34rlts floor squeak.

We have a 2013 34rlts 5th wheel with a floor squeak. Took in to our local dealer for warranty and Jayco declined any compensation to my dealer to repair it. Their claim is that fixing it will only move the squeak some where else!
I'm at a loss on how to handle this as is my dealer.
One of the biggest reasons we bought a Jayco was for the Mfg. warranty and the commitment to the customer.

Pinnacle 34rlts floor squeak.

That doesn't make any sense( that jayco is basically admitting that the floor squeaks) but they wont fix it. Do you think it could be the dealer who just doesn't want to fix it or not having a tech who can handle a possible big repair? I have heard some dealers are only interested in the sale and the small repairs that are more profitable. Maybe call jayco customer service and try to get an answer. Hopefully one that will work for you. Good luck and remember the squeaky wheel gets the grease!!!
Good luck
Robert

That's a ridiculous reply to a request for warranty work. I got mine used so no warranty, but so far my communication with the company has been mixed. I always get a very prompt and polite reply saying that my question is being referred to the proper place, then silence.

I hope you get some satisfaction on your problem.

My dealer is dumbfounded by this. They suggested I appeal to Jayco directly since " the customer can get better results than they can".
I just didn't think I would have to play this game with Jayco.
thanks for the replies.

Did you talk to Jayco or did the dealer?

Sometimes a call from the owner direct will get you an answer. Ask for Randy in Jayco Warranty Service and express your concern.

X3. Randy has always been very good at helping, suggesting, and sending technical info on our used unit.

our '12 30.5 bhlt has been at the dealer since the labour day weekend for a list of warranty work which included a very squeaky floor. Ive been left out of the loop on much of the dealing and repair details. What I have been told is that jayco allotted them 20hrs to remove the belly and do repairs from underneath. Anyways my point is that jayco is taking care of the warranty work needed to fix the floor, next year I can finally have a morning coffee without waking the entire trailer
