I don't have that issue, since my 350 has more capacity than my current Jayco could ever put on it. I'm just not a supporter of the idea that a combo over its weight limit will end in a crash.

I think I'd be more likely to see fuel mileage of 20mpg towing before I see proof of anyone being fined for overweight or being sued civilly for overweight. But that is just my humble opinion.
