Talking Questions on my new 2011 321RLTS

Took delivery of my new fiver on Friday, had the PDI on Thursday last week. Was not even close to being right. Second new Jayco, third from this dealer. They made everything right, but have a couple of questions. Recalls, should the dealer have already adressed these? Noticed that I have the Goodyear Chinese tires. Are these an issue? Had Maxxis on my last fiver (HR Savoy) Lots of bad things about the Goodyears. Will Jayco cover any issues with these tires not attributable to me? No battery disconnect, puzzled by that. Quality seems to be there, just small things all fivers have these. Tires do not make me comfortable.

Things I had problems with on my 2010 RLMS

The following thinks were fixed / replaced after 1 year of service

1. 4 Cabinet doors- fell apart due to improper glue job on joints.
2. Water pump
3. Gas Valve on propane tanks
4. Kitchen table-- end warped up
5. Vinyl Flooring-- Slide ripped floor due to improper installition of trim piece
6. Trim piece that ripped vinyl.
7. Part of border trim halfway up wall- started peeling
8. Fireplace heat option fixed- wouldn't work
There is no battery disconnect.

Have had the Jayco home over the weekend. More issues.. Rear optional 15K - no cold air. Front AC works fine. Converter seems to be DOA two hours of use plugged into shore power and dies. No fan, should it have one? Rear lights on, radio, and ceiling fan. 2hrs later shuts off. Lights dim. Hopefully the dealer has a good response. Why would a trailer be built that can not supply the demand built into it? Never have had all these issues with a new fiver. Not my first Jayco or fiver for that matter.

Have you checked the fuses in your converter? I had a similar problem and found 4- 25a fuses blown shortly after I got home. I replaced them with indicator fuses, let the battery recharge and no more problems.

On the AC, you have to be there to troubleshoot it.

I guess we were just lucky with our 321RLTS.Only 2 issues when we 1st camped .found some finish problems at nail holes on cabinets & the remote control for the slides/jacks/awning works sometimes & sometimes it doesnt + I figured out that 2 of the slides on the remote are swapped.
I like to think my dealer spent a little more time on the make ready & caught most problems.i may be dreaming.
