Re: crack in trailer.

Posted about crack in trailer. Went to Jayco factory today to pick up my repaired trailer. Couldn't have went better. They give me picturers of what they found wrong after opening up the side of the trailer. They explained to me how they fixed the problem, and gave me pictures of the repairs before the side went back on. They also fixed a glitch in another slide that the dealer tried twice to fix, replaced the outside shower that I managed to brake. They were very nice to my wife and me and couldn't have treated us better. They also told me that my problem is not that unusual, so if you have a like trailer (2011 31.5 rlts eagle ht), you might want to watch the lower left corner of the bedroom slide for a crack. They did a nice job, you can't see where any repairs were made. Looks like new.Thank You Jayco for honoring your warranty and for the repairs.

Good job Jayco!
I've had a single warranty issue that they also went out of their way to solve (wasn't as big an issue as "Train's" tho)

Found a crack in my 2017 377 just as you described, how did you arrange for Jayco to fix it? Just call them?
