Electrical issues with LR slide.

Has anyone had a relay go bad on a slide? I have a 2008 Jayco Recon 37u. For quite sometime the slide would be flaky when extending. It would still work, just flaky. Its perfectly fine retracting. But now it has completely quit working to extend. Has anyone seen this before?

I truly enjoy reading all the posts on this forum. To me, knowledge is priceless, even when the subject has nothing to do with our particular type of camper. I've actually had occasion to help someone out, only because of what I've learned here.
But, I'm old school (maybe older than Norty) when it comes to almost everything. No slides at all, a manual awning, crank down stab jacks, no backup camera on the truck, heck, my cell phone has a rotary dial on it! (who out there's asking what a rotary dial is???)
I've conceded to an electric tongue jack for the DW. I just think there's a lot of experience I get from here, just by osmosis from you all. Thank you.

Just me.
I've had to replace the bathroom door jamb twice because I was outside with the remote sliding in the kitchen slide and forgot the freezer door was open.
