roof cleaning and conditioning

Planning on cleaning the roof on our Pinnacle next weekend. Just to make sure, the '16 Pinnacles use the EPDM roof, right? Never had a problem, but I want to clean it good and go over all of it to make sure I don't need to reapply and sealant around anything. I did notice a crack in the sealant on top of the rear cap last year and reapplied sealant there.

Spic and Span with a stiff brush is all you need, some even say Dawn does a good job. Just be careful the roof gets slick.

We use either purple power or Voom cleaner on the tpo and epdm roofs. Never an issue over 14 years and 8 rigs with a variety of roof materials. But, you have to use common sense with stronger chemicals. Not really necessary to condition the roof unless it makes you feel better. In that case put 303 Aerospace protectant on it.

Yours should have the Dicor Diflex II TPO roof unless they changed things.
