sewer line storage

I have seen a device called a sewer boom on a few new rv's like, montana, ceder creek and excel for a few. It looks like a hindged piece of PVC pipe that is mounted off trailer frame and stores the hose that is permanently connected to the holding tank outlet. boom swings out you remove pvc end cap pull out hose. looks like a handy system that could be added to any trailer but I can't find it as a after market item anywhere.
wondered if anyone knows where to buy one.
If you've seen one your opinion of the convience of this as a store and drain system.

I looked this item up on RV.Net and assume you're talking about what appears in this link: http://www.lci1.com/NewProducts/Flyers/sewer/sewer.pdf

Some of the people on the above forum seem to like the Sewer Boom but like them I would wonder how vulnerable it would be to rocks, etc if not in a secure area.

I've heard on other forums that they are a cleaning issue.

The item looks very convenient, but I can see where there may be cleaning issues with it.
