Should it take an hour to fill fresh water tank?
I have a 2016 Eagle 321RSTS with the UniDock and it's always taken a long time to fill the fresh water tank. Last night I timed it and it took 60 minutes until water starting coming out of the overflow which seems a lot longer than it should. Any else's take this long or do I have something going on with my plumbing?
The good news is I'm taking it in at the end of the season and can add this to my list.

I would get a 1 0r 5 gallon jug and see how long it takes to fill it from your supply line Then figure out how long it will take to fill you fresh water tank.
For example If it takes 1 minute to fill a 1 gal jug then it would take 75 minutes to fill your fresh water tank

It seems like the water pressure of the supply you are using would have a lot to do with the fill time.
1 hour is way to much even if you were poring it from a bucket.

I agree with determining the flow in gallons per minute from your source. I did it years ago for my home spigot, and it makes things much easier. For example, my flow rate out of my spigot (with the tap spun 180*) is 5 gallons per minute, I have 80 gallons of fresh tank capacity in my trailer, so it should take around 16 minutes to fill the on-board tanks. Add one minute if the pump is on and the hot water tank is empty as it will fill up as soon as the pump is turned on if there's water available.
No way it should take an hour to fill tanks unless you're dealing with VERY low flow.
Now draining them? Yeah, I would believe an hour. It takes more than that for me to drain full tanks on my trailer. Even if the drains are open, it would only take about 30 minutes to fill the tanks at the most. And I've done this. I put the hose end in the fresh water fill and walk away and come back about 10 minutes later and the drains have been open the entire time!

I have a 2015 eagle 314 bhds. The first time I filled mine I thought it took forever. But then realized the water was coming out of the 2 vent hoses underneath that I didn't notice were there.
May not be your issue but it was mine.

I have a 2016 Eagle 318 rets and it has 55 gal Fw tank and it does take a long time. Probably a 1/4 or 3/8 in pipe to tank......?? Never timed it, but long time.

15-20 minutes to fill 80 gallon tank in 31.5 rlts.

My 89 gallon tanks take every bit of 30 minutes to fill and a lot has to do with several things. The inline filter for starters is a limiter and one that I am going to change this upcoming year to a higher flow unit. The other factors i have found to be a detriment are the screens on the hose inlet. If there is any type of build up from sediment you a going to lose flow rate and fast.
When I remove these two things I can get it full in half the time. The lines inside your unit are very small too and that is something we cannot change and would lead to a faster fill rate if we could.
