Sick..

You guys are probably sick of hearing about it but we pick up our 2012 365BHS in just 4 more days. Ole Girl (name I gave my 2003 3/4 ton Chevrolet Silverado as I drove her off the lot some 9 years ago) is fueled, has brand new Rotella T 10w40 oil, a clean K&N air filter, just got a bath and wax and is looking forward to humping our new honey down the highway.....
Come on Friday...

I've been without a camper since 2/29/12, the longest I've been without one for almost 20 years. Ordered it in early March and just now getting it.

On a positive note, since I've been without a camper, I was able to convert our 75 gallon Freshwater tanks over to a beautiful Salt Water reef tank as well as getting to at least a couple "honey-do's". So all wasn't a waste....

heathi,

We leave it permantely parked right outside a daily stocked trout steam (Bennett Springs State Park) in southern Missouri. Have done this with our last 2 campers for the past 8 or so years. However on Feb 29th a tornado ripped through our campground and completely destroyed our 2011 365 BHS along with all but 3 others in our campground. So, it's gonna be pulled straight from Des Moines to southern Missouri where she will stay put.

Oh, yes... I remember that from February! I'm glad you are getting it all set up again for summer! Stocked trout stream??? Man, sounds like the spot my grandkids would like to camp in!

healthi,

Not only stocked, but stocked daily with rainbows in the 1/2 to 1 lb range. If your every out this way let me know and I'll be more than happy to show you around the place. Been going there for the last 30 years and although the fishing isn't as good as it was 30 years ago, it's still **** good fly fishing and ooooo soooo relaxing...

NO, we are NOT sick of hearing about yours or anyone else's camper, whether it is new or just new to them ! We sold our TT several years ago, and then had to wait for just the right 5er to come along. Then had it towed home by the previous owner, and had to wait some more for the hitch to be installed in the truck. By that time, it was way down in the fall, so we winterized and had to wait 'till spring to take it out. So we are very familiar with waiting and anticipation. Congrats on your new addition, and hope you get many years enjoyment from it.

Holy moly - was just looking at some 2012 photos of your new trailer. You got more room in your pass-thru storage then I got in my whole 2008 OFF-ROAD POPUP trailer. Which end has the bowling alley or the spiral steps to the roof area for star gazing at night.

I bet You goona like this... You wont be camping at ELKMONT in the Smokys with this guy.

I still can do one thing you can't do and that is drive thru a McDonalds and order a Big Mac from the drive thru window hehe... This is why I am overweight by 40 lbs hehe..

Congrats on your new upcoming JAYCO RV trailer. I still remember how proud my Sister and her hubby was when they got their Montana Big Sky monster complete with fireplace a few years.

Thanks for all the words of encouragement. Two more days before I head out! Woop woop. Funny thing is there are very few changes between our new 2012 and the 2011 it's replacing. However, I think I'm about 10x more exited. I'll be sure and post lots of pics and cigars for all. Only stipulation is you all gotta meet up at our campground to get them.
