Schwintek slide?
If so, bad motor on the one side? Slide out of sync? What fault codes do you have if any?

No fault codes. Non-Schwintek slide

If a standard electric slide, a shear bolt could of broke.

On my 291 the kitchen slide is the curb side. My motor is toward the rear of the slide. You'll have to guess on the location but on mine you take loose a panel underneath to get at it. There will be dust and what not fall out of there so be careful. Mine takes a 5/16 bolt, use a lock nut when going back together. seams to me the seam was close to the motor. I didn't take anymore screws out than i had to, good luck
