slide override

Finally picked up my 2016 Eagle 321 RSTS last week, wow even better then when I first look at it. PDI was ok but I knew more about the trailer then the guy that gave me the tour, no big deal. Went through it from A to Z over the weekend and everything seems to be in working order except for a scratch on the island counter top which they will replace, no questions asked. Now my question is: I have 3 slides, 2 are schwinteks and the one on the awning side is Lippert, can't find the manual override for the Lippert one, I did look in the owner's manual, shows two different scenarios but can't figure out how,I have the crank but can't find where to put it, looked everywhere. One technician at the dealer said that I might have to remove the underbelly which makes no sense to me, this should be easily accessible. Where is that override?
If I can figure out how to post pictures I will at some point.

I had read that a lot of the trailers don't have a hole in the frame for the crank. I know I haven't seen any on mine and one guy said when he removed the belly cover his was inaccessible with out the hole or a wrench which would take forever so he drilled a hole with a hole saw to create access

If like mine, there's a removable piece of chloroplast underbelly where the slide motor is. Gotta remove that and use a ratchet on ours.

Same on our Eagle HT - have to remove part of the underbelly, flip a leaver to disengage the motor and use a ratchet.

I don't know if I will put my head in the same and hope it never fails OR try the "drill a hole idea". But my hole would be behind the fold down steps so I'm not sure it would work in any case.
