Solid countertop option - sink inserts?

Getting ready to order a Eagle HT 29.5BHDS with solid LG countertop option - does anybody know if it comes with the (2) sink insert/covers? Thanks!

Welcome to the JOF.

I don't have any info, but I do have a question: Wouldn't the sink insert/covers be part of the sink no matter which countertop was installed?

Welcome! The sink inserts came with our Eagle and are a perfect match to the rest of the countertop

Our Eagle came with them.

My wife does not care for them and there is no place to put them when not in use. They are heavy. If we did not have cutting boards, I would cut one to fit one side in lieu if the cover. Of course our rig has plenty of counter top work space and some do not.

We have them in our garage for the next owner.

Same here. Ours are stored on the floor of a rear cabinet where DWS sewing machine sits on top of them.

We leave one in and store the other, gain a little counter space that way. DW just sets it on top of the counter when doing dishes.

Since the right side of the counter next to the sink is small, I made a half cutout from 1/2" baltic birch plywood to provide enough room for our dish drainer when doing dishes.
