Splendide 2100 Washer Handle

This is just a heads up...........

My handle on the Splendide 2100. I called alot of camping dealers and they said you have to buy a new complete door. That's B.S. They are ripping you off big time. I called Splendide direct and got just the handle for $40 bux and $12 shipping. ( Still kind of expensive for a piece of plastic )

Note:

DO NOT REMOVE THE DOOR HINGE FROM THE WASHER SIDE PERIOD!
Just remove the 2 screws for the door ONLY!

You will loose the nut in the washer and you cant attach the door back on the hinge.

Now the fix for that if you do. Now since the did remove the hinge washer side and lost the nuts in the washer, I had to get my drill and ream out the hole on the hinge "ONLY" just a taste. Now I am a computer hardware engineer. I used 2 fat power supply screws. Ran them thru the door hinge and ran the screws in the holes on the washer. ( do NOT ream the holes on the washer. ) They worked great and no leaks.
