Terrible location of grey and black dump handles

I own a 2013 Jayco 365 BDH with 1 1/2 baths. The black and grey dump valves for the second bath and kitchen are in a terrible location especially with the slide out. I have to crawl on my hands and knees to dump the tanks. Are there any solutions. Has anyone ever relocated these handles.

I have a 2006 Jayco Eagle 278fbs with only one bathroom but the two grey and black water gate handles are also a PITA to get to when slide is out. I never had reason to access them until a nine day trip over this past Labor Day when having our tanks emptied. I guess it's never been an issue before this as we've never had a reason to empty during a trip. Interested in what the full timers and long trippers do?
