Thanks to Fingerlakes

He had the bending outriggers and told me to look at the forward one by center jack. I did not know one was there since u have only a small space to look up there. Well mine was bent and folded down. All others good. Great just what I need full timing waiting on my house.
Spent all weekend doing a temp repair. Removed forward wheel well cowling. With a 4x4 and bottle jack got the floor pushed up and the outrigger straight. Cut to c channels and bolted one on each side so it cannot bend again. Than also bolted one to the outrigger by the forward tire to ensure it would not bend.
All of my outriggers have the bottom el bend for added strength. The forward one by the center jack is longer and does not have the bend for added strength.
The bolt on that one I am clueless what it goes up into. I would assume the non moving part of the floor but u can look up around it with a flashlight and there is a big gap. Really weird.
Last pics are where the second back roller bracket is rubbing on bottom of slide and shredding floor. No way to get to it without removing slide. I assume the weight of the slide has bent the bolt that runs thru the roller down so now part of the bracket is touching on the left side. Waiting for Jayco response.

Post what u find. I think the bending hidden outrigger is causing our slide problems.
That long outrigger is a POS. And a joke to support the heavy slide.

I just looked at mine. My 377 is different than yours. All my outriggers have the "L" bend and I don't have one right by the center jack.

Since that is before the slide I bet the forward track of the schwintec is dropping slightly down and causing the binding. That schwintec support is mounted less than an inch where my support bent down.

How far is ur slide from the center jack. Mine is like inches and it is hard to see that support. To even get to it I had to remove the front wheel well end cover

Hey guys, I had outriggers bending on my rig without the residential fridge. If you look on the LCI oem installation instructions it shows the out riggers at the end of the slide opening and under each roller my frame was not built to this design and outriggers bent and the floor sagged, I believe not have the outriggers at the end of the slide opening is causing deflection on the floor where the gear rack and motor are bolted to the wall, thus binding the slide operation. As far as my rig Jayco DID NOT follow the directions for outrigger placement. Just a thought and venting.

Where is this hidden support Rock?
Do you mean in the area of the red line I drew?
I have one in the area of the blue line. It never bent and the dealer didn't fix it.
I didn't think I had another one forward of my blue line.

The outrigger is right next to the blue line and than my jack is just next to that. I had to remove the cover they put in the front of the wheel well to get to it. The schwintec vertical mount that bolts to the FW is an inch aft of it. That outrigger is about three inches longer than one under the slide and no el angle to help stiffen. Pulling that tyvec black material down u can see the schwintec mount.

From looking inside and under the slide all looked good. Finger lakes told me to check up in there because he had at least two bent outriggers. So it appears the weight of the slide on the schwintec mount bent that part of the structure down and bent the outrigger. That was enough to jam my slide forward part.

So I did temp repairs until I move by adding the c channels to stiffen. Outriggers can be fixed local but the roller bracket rubbing the floor is a slide removal project. The bottom floor material is wrapped around the floor when the slide is built. You would have to take the slide apart to replace it. Between my roof and this it might be a factory visit.

And I have the lighter Norcold refrigerator

Here are some more pics where the bracket is. That wheel well end piece was glued in place with a sealant I could not even slice thru. So getting it out ripped down the material that covers the bottom. All that white stuff is foam where I sealed any openings.
Just sprayed it all black and sealed wheel well end piece back. Slide runs fine for now.

You can see the bottom of the big metal channel that the schwintec frame is bolted to

Guess we are built different. Mine is at the end in plain sight. Right at the end of the slide.
It never bent.
I did point it out to the dealer though because I could see a very slight bow to it. (Thinking it is at the beginning of bending)
I guess they didn't think so. They didn't strengthen it....they only did the ones that were clearly bent.

What king of baffles me is why did it bend. The ones under the slide I can see. But this one is under the wall in front of the slide . Is the very forward roller putting that much pressure on the floor forward of the slide to do this? Kind of wondering if it happened driving. I have about 5k towing and there are some bumps from hell on I95 on overpasses.

I still have the tire rub on that slide that has to be addressed. Looking under the slide at the bottom u can see where the rollers have left a dent mark when slide is fully closed.

That seems to suggest that the full weight on these rollers are taking a beating while driving on our smooth roads. My second one has the roller bracket rubbing and ripping the floor cover. Has to be a bent bolt. Still awaiting from Jayco on that fix.

Ok so after fixing (until Jayco installs heavy outriggers) I lubed the under side anywhere the rollers run and all side tracks with blaster dri lube and also did all slide seals with that foaming stuff from Therford. Ran slide several times and not a moan or grown. Just got another set of supports to put under the slide. Since the jack are down and settled in I figured I would check the do not put under of slide supporters
Let the air out of tires and the jacks let it settle maybe 1/4 inch. I bet on concrete not at all. I am on dirt but have big blocks under jacks and boards under tires. Use supports but I do believe the abuse happens while on the road bouncing around bending stuff. Ok I do not know why pics are upside down just edited to say that

And I have six rollers and three are closer to the fridge side for more support. The other three are more spaced out.

Oh and here is where my right front tire is hitting my slide wearing thru the metal. Just above where it rubbed thru the metal u can see a black mark from the top of the tire

Yes...you were right about the hidden support Rock.
I was going by memory, because my rig was still with the dealer when I posted.
I pulled back that plastic cover cap and I have three more supports up to the water heater.
None are bent though.

And I have 7 rollers.. three are close to the fridge.
