Today is the day - New Awning Material

After 5 years of full time including 4 summers in Florida, today I'm getting all new slide awning material (3) as well as the main awning. After the old ones are off the roof and tops of the slides will be cleaned and rubber roof treatment applied. I do this to the roof every six months, but the slide tops are getting cleaned/treated for the first time. After the above is done a complete washing is on tap. The above work will be done by my dealer service manager and his helper. After they are done my local "wax guy" will attack the Designer for it's bi-annual wax job. I'm already tired just thinking of all of this. At times like this I'm glad I have a bad back since it makes paying for this work vs doing it myself easier to swallow.

Then off to Florida in mid-May for 4 months hosting again.

Update 4-11-2015 3:15pm:

All done. New awnings, roof and slide tops cleaned and treated, completely washed.

Tomorrow pm the wax guy gets here with his "crew".

All squeaky clean and shiny, but will be even better tomorrow.
