TV no signal

Just purchased a new eagle fifth wheel today. Has 3 tv's in coach. They worked fine during pdi. Now camping first night in a rv park with cable can get no signal with cable or antena. Could I have messed something up in settings?

Did you turn off that antenna signal amp? Tv setting to cable and do a automatic station search?

If you are using the antenna, make sure the antenna amplifier is on. You should see a green light on the wall plate where the cable comes out and hooks up to the TV. Go to your TV menu and find the settings for antenna, cable, satellite, etc.. Select antenna, and do a channel scan. You should be able to pick up something, and fine tune the antenna from there. Apps are available for smartphones to help aim the antenna. For cable, set the TV to cable or cable/satellite. For park cable, you will want to turn the antenna amplifier off. Hope this helps. By the way, when you move the antenna very much, you will have to rescan the channels.

The switch should be located on the wall plate where the cable comes out of the wall. The switch is a small push button, it can be difficult to see.

If yours is like mine, there are two TV cable wall plate connections next to each other at, or near, the main TV location. If you are utilizing the antenna (air) you connect the TV to one of the wall connections. (It should have the little amp button on it) If you are connecting to a supplied cable TV service, you connect the main TV to the other wall plate. (it is wired to the outside cable connection on the RV) If you wish cable TV service through out the RV, you have to utilize a "jumper cable" to connect one of the wall plates to the other to send the supplied cable service through out the RV. If you do this, you will have to also install a "cable splitter" in the "jumper cable" in order to also have cable service to the main TV.

I'm saying all this from memory. I've only had to do this one time several years ago.

There is an antenna switch like Mustang said that has to be off if using cable or satellite.
