UPDATE -2013 Jayco Premier 351MKTS Back From Factory

Received a call from the dealership that our unit is back from the factory. The service manager gave me a rundown of what was done.
1. Replaced the: pro vents under the two sinks.
2. They cut off 1/4 inch off the top of the vent pipe , apparently it was tight against the cap .
The dealership took it in their shop and ran the fantastic fan and bathroom fan for 45 min with the unit closed up. NO ODOR-
They are delivering the unit to my home next Friday. I will check it out myself then.
It should be noted that it was not scheduled to be worked on until October 28th. The Factory not only got it done early but got it back to the dealership in record time.
That's good news as now we have to repack the entire trailer as we are again heading South after the holidays. Its surprising how much stuff that we had packed .

To bad your local dealer couldn't handle the work...doesn't sound to complicated.

That was a pretty good turn around time. The other brand units that I had go to the factory was a least a month. Great job Jayco.

WSe received the unit back today NO SMELL. We couldn't be more pleased with the dealership and factory for working with us to resolve the problem
