Upgrading or possibly adding another air conditioner..

Hello all,
I gotta say we love our 2016 29.5BHDS, the only real issue is the performance of the air conditioner. How much of a difference will a 15k make over the 13.5k I have now? Also how hard would it be and at what cost to add a extra unit up front since it didn't come pre-wired for it and I only have 30amp service?
Thanks,

Kevin

If the roof is framed and braced for a 2nd a/c some people have run a seperate line that they plug into the 20 amp outlet on the post. I think there is a thread on JOF addressing such an addition. Biggest cost would be the unit itself.

I have a 15K in the back and a 13.5K in the bedroom. My 13.5K was out of service for a few days last week and what a difference it made when it wasn't working. All is better now after a new base gasket and condensation going outside where it is supposed to go.

Kevin, If one lives south, and or, camps south of the Masson/Dixon line, one needs a second AC unit. One will not do the job. I did the extra electric install, thus far works great.
