Did that, they even have the pictures. They can't get involved between Jayco and their customers, which is understandable. I did send my contact at Alpha Systems (the membrane manufacturer) another email yesterday that said just tell me that what you see in the photos is ok and I will be fine with that. I further said that if they think there may be a problem don't respond to my email. So far no response, does that say anything?
