Players... you can power the lights with the yellow wire in your trailer plug wire.
The yellow is the center pin of the 7way plug. It is the reverse connection. Your wheel lights will come on every time you put the TV in reverse

Thanks, I knew there was reverse power in the connector, just a matter of how I get it from the hitch to the wheel wells.

See if my reverse light wiring route mod helps you find a way, if our rigs are similar enough.
It's the front shelf unit in the closet that made it easy for me.

klassic, thanks very much. My trailer front bay config is different but I should be able to use your pics & notes to get some wire where I want it.

BTW, I also have spotter training issues. She hasn't yet grasped the "look at my mirrors" part. We have radios but if I can't trust her to see my mirrors I also don't trust her to be watching the offside when maneuvering. I just get in and out of the cab a lot.

Between radio, my back up camera sound my better half does a good job. When I cannot see her when turning sharp I still get out to take a quick look. I always try and back in with the site on my left side so I can see if I need to slide my hitch for more clearance. Came real close with cap an truck while watching better half in camera, that was a lesson learned. I have white knight back up lights on my truck bumper hitch and will be adding to my FW hitch. They are also real bright. Just gotta get it back from CW who has had it nine weeks and fixed two of 14 issues. So far in 11 months of ownership two dealers have had it 6 months

I thought I only had the DW training issue.
I can't believe they are all the same. I must have said it a thousand times.
"If you can't see me in the mirror, I CAN'T SEE YOU!"
Yet there she is waving me back or telling me to stop standing somewhere I can't see her.

I missed my turn on the weekend and turned left on the next road, to back up back onto the main road. DW got out and watched for cars on the main road.
I guess she COULD see me through the passenger mirror with my face pressed against the steering wheel so I could see her flailing her arms way out far to the side and almost out of view.

She caught me typing that and said she was a good spotter.
Then I told her exactly that Rock. Let's trade and see if you can find where Waldo is standing.

No I am not on drugs or drinking heavily. At least not since my last night back in. Looks like I will be cut off for a while.
