Wacky LCI remote

On our 2017 Eagle HT every once in awhile when using the remote for the landing gear, stabilizers or slides the up and down or in and out arrow buttons will do the opposite of what they are supposed to do. When dropping the landing gear sometimes you have to hit the up arrow to make them come down, then other times the down arrow will make them come down. I sent an email off to Lippert today asking the question. Anybody else ever have this problem?
