Warranty Issues 2016 Eagle RSTS

Can not find any information on the manufacturer of the axles, nothing in my Jayco material.Seems we read in a thread that some Eagles 2016, had 6k axle installed not 7k.Warranty has approved my roof replacement, also the fake Denver Pillow Top mattress, with the real one from Lippert. Also repair the Morryde 3000 shackle with the beefed up repair kit Y012-012.Attached is a picture of the beefed up Morryde shackle and more. Some of these repairs were requested in September 2015. Thanks for any and all input!

Usually all that is supplied in the owners packet is a generic manual about axles, it won't be specific to your trailer. What you need to do is crawl under your trailer with your cell phone and take a picture of the axle tag, that will list manufacture, model and serial number. Then you can contact Dexter or Lippert and find out what weight axle it is.

Good job working the warranty repairs to that extreme. We have had great luck with serious repairs too but we try to tell others you have to put in the effort like you did to make it right or in your case even better. Enjoy your newly revamped rig!

My 2017 293RKDS has 6k axles. Be nice if it came with 7k. Unfortunately they never over build them.

Your Vin sticker will tell you what your axles are rated for.
