Where is my inverter located?

I bought my 2008 Jayco Eagle 341 RLQS can I need t know where my power inverter is located. Looked all over the place! and can't find.

An inverter converts 12 volt power to 120 volt power. You probably don't have one as it is not usually standard equipment in a trailer ( a previous owner may have added one). A converter provides 12 volt power from the shore power (120 volt). Most likely the converter is located behind the fuse panel. Most of the trailer operates on 12 volts. The exceptions are the microwave, the AC, and the television.

Don't know if this will help...after looking in all the usual/suggested places and finding nothing, we finally started tracing the wiring harness and found the converter in our 2010 31.5RLDS. On that model it is located behind the back wall panel in the baggage compartment. I did a short write up on this; you should be able to find that post using the search function in the Forum.

Yes, on our 2004 29RLTS, it is located behind a very thin plywood panel at the rear of the basement compartment. That is directly below the fuse panel, which is in the wall at the entrance door. You may have to remove some screws to get the wooden plywood panel to swing toward the front and expose the converter and other electrical components. If you don't find it there, email Jayco, and they can send you a diagram of locations of all the electrical components.
