in one of the cupboards likely...under the bathroom sink in the vanity?

Kitchen sink?

I really recommend you open every storage area and if you see a panel with screws, unscrew it to familiarize yourself with all mechanical items in your trailer.

it is something every person should do on the first day of ownership IMO

I would take a look inside the curb-side pass-through storage area, to the left. You might find a little panel that says "low point drains" inside the panel, which you may have to take screws out of to access. The other one should be on the street-side behind the wheels and a little under the trailer. It is the one that drains the fresh-water tank. You should find two of them up front. That's where they all are in my 2012 26.5 HT RLS.
