04 Jayco Jayflight remodel

Hubby and I are embarking on a remodel of our 04 travel trailer. We want to remove the booth dinette, remove the sofa, remove the carpet and install vinyl plank flooring and rework the "bunk house" into more storage.

Has anyone taken on a remodel like this? Any thoughts you can share?

Thank you,
Acaltag

Should be pretty straight forward.
Post plenty of pics.

Have fun,

Following, as we will be doing that to our 08 31BHDS... What style you goin for?? I keep browsing the innerwebz and see everyone doing white and kinda shabby chic, but I'm wanting dark, cool, elegant, Vegas lounge style... in keeping with her name, "The Lei Low Lounge".

I want to rip out the sofa and dinette in the LR slide and make it one, long, customizable/re-arrangeable sofa (modular pcs that fit together and can be moved easily). We've NEVER used the dinettes in any rigs we've had. We always just lounge and use trays on ottomans as tables. But then again, we're Professional Loafers and Loungers who only partake of little fabulous nibbles and swill cocktails, so...
