'13 32bhds low point water drain..how do

Greetings,

Is there a trick to getting the water to drain out of the low point valves on 32BHDS? I moved it all the way left, then right then middle...nothing came out. I had the kitchen and show faucets open, but no water drained. We bought this camper used, so did not get a full Jayco dealer walk through and the manual is not helping.

What am I doing wrong?

I have a 2014 and mine just turns to one side. I will tell you, it will take days if your tank if full to drain from that spot - ask me how I know. I would suggest pumping the water into your black/grey tank using the pump and then drain out the tank(s). It will be about a 30min job if you do it that way.

Are you referring to the drains for the fresh water tank or the low point drains for the water lines inside the trailer? Just to clarify as you are getting different answers to two different things.
