165 feather Frame rust

Ok so there is a tag displaying that the frame was made in 2009 but my trailer was completed in 2011 when it was sold to me. I had the dealer look it over and they hit some of the areas of rust with some rust inhibitor spray. bout all they did. Anyone else have problems with rust on thier frame?

I think that rock chips all over are inevitable. Rock chips rust so I regularly either use spray paint for touch up or I daub spots with a brush.

I had only done 2 trips with the trailer and both were under 50 miles.
