175 BH Tire Upgrade

I bought a new Jayco 174 BH........The tires look rather bleak.....Will it void the warranty if I put new rims and tires in place of stock?......My tire shop says I can go with another tire, higher speed rating and weight rating, but it will be a 15 inch tire that is one inch taller. The trailer now has ST 205/75 R14s.

If so, what is best?

Thanks!

Jayco 17BH, The warranty issue would have to answered by Jayco. I don't see where it would be an issue.

My 23RLSW I have on order has the same tires. I would like to do the same thing but putting up the cost for 4 new rims & tires isn't in the cards right now.

What tires are you considering?

I'll probably run the stock tires until they wear out and then decide what to do.

Just make sure you have enough room in the wheel well area for the larger tires including the suspension travel. Wireman

Did you ever get any information on changing to the 15 inch wheel from the factory 14 inch wheels?

I don't think he will reply, Cliff. He hasn't been back to the JOF since March of 2016.
